When you create a Costco Photo Centre Account, it includes online photo storage for the time your account is active.
Once you have uploaded photos to your Costco Photo Centre Project, we recommend keeping the originals saved somewhere safe such as an external hard drive or an online cloud storage account. If something goes wrong with your order or you delete them from a Costco Photo Centre project by accident then you will always have the original file. If you delete an image from your Costco Photo Centre Account, it will not be possible for us to recover it.
Please Note: Your membership with the Costco Photo Centre is not the same as your online Costco Membership. You will need to order photo gifts or prints from the Costco Photo Centre at costcophoto.co.uk to maintain an active account. Orders placed at a Costco.co.uk do not qualify to maintain an active online Photo Centre account.
To provide Costco Members with unlimited and free storage for online photos and photo gift creations, we require accounts to remain active. Dormant accounts will be deleted after 12 months of inactivity. You will receive a notice from us before your Account is deleted. In order to keep your account active, simply log in to your Costco Photo Centre Account at least once every 365 days.
If you choose not to maintain your account's active status, you will lose uploaded photos, any saved projects, including all information, communications, postings, albums, or any other content within your Costco Photo Centre Account.
